type in "send script"
choose legacy

_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
Restartagent
then run or ok
tech support helped me
The same answer has already been given by different parties for nearly ten times on this forum. You could have known what to do without starting a new discussion if you do a simple search first.
if its been posted about 10 times then sounds like others didn't know what to do also
