cannot remote to zebra android device mc9300

no remote tab on a few of these

only thing I'm seeing is:

supported APIs:  RC Error, Work Managed Device, Android Zebra EMDK, Android Plus 1.6

I have not got the device so I haven't tried to restart yet

Hi Larry,

Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.

Make sure you're utilizing the latest AE Plugin available according to the device's Android Version. Once you've done that, soft reboot the device and observe the behavior. If you still experience an issue, try the "retryrcdetection" script and let us know the results.
