I have a device (Zebra TC56) running OS 6.0.1 and cannot remote into it, cannot even get online. I have tried sending (_resetfailedrcdetectionflag) to no avail. These are running Android Plus agent version 13.5.1.1234. Should show under Supported API's RC+ Zebra MDM 4 however the RC+ is not there.

Along with the script _resetfailedrcdetectionflag need to send the script to restart the MobiControl agent.Can you please try sending the below script to the device?

When this happened with my devices, I had to wipe/re-enroll, since then I have had no issues.
I would try on one or two devices and see if that helps.

Have you installed the required Zebra AE plug-in on your device(s)?
It sounds he's using Android+ and not AE but that would be a good thing to verify. Check to make sure the device didn't get enrolled under AE somehow.
