From the "Remote Control" module, in the "File" application it is impossible to select a folder or a file with my cursor..
Possible workaround with "TAB" + "multidirectional arrow" keys to select the target and "enter" key to select.
Do you have a solution to help us correct this problem?

I can confirm the same. The cursor is not working to select files and folders in the file browser through Remote Control on Zebra devices running Android 10+. You can however use the arrow keys and enter to navigate through the options which is arguably faster than trying to scroll with the cursor through long lists.
