When remoting onto Android 11 devices (Samsung Tablets and Zebra MC930B scanners) I am unable to use my physical PC keyboard to input in text boxes. I can use my mouse to control the touch keyboard on the device but this is a pain. This function was working before our console was updated to version 15.4.3.1012
All devices are running the latest agent/plugin versions
Any idea how to get this function back?
If everything was working prior to your MobiControl version upgrade then that sounds like the logical place to look. There may be a bug with that particular MC version. You could try upgrading to 15.5.1? I have A11 Zebra devices in MC 15.1.0.3416 and 15.5.0.1021 without issue. I have just confirmed I can type via the physical keypad on my laptop through Remote Control and the keystrokes are showing up on the devices.
Everything was working correctly prior to the console upgrade but I was advised by the SOTI tech to upgrade to 15.4 because 15.5 is still having teething issues.
Is there a setting within the console that I am missing that will enable the keyboard remotley?

Please make sure that your user account is part of administrator group in SOTI Identity. If your user account belongs to different SOTI group, it may have conflict in permissions or don not have access at all.
