I have a problem with deploying an antivirus profile to android plus devices (Android 4.4.3 and Android 7.1.2).
I can deploy the antivirus profile over our staging wlan, but i doesnt work over our production wlan.
All the other profiles works on both wlans.
Has someone an idea why antivirus is not working on our production wlan?
Logs:
Profile "AntiVirus" version 1 failed to install, because all of its payloads cannot be installed.

Assuming that this is an Android+ setup, which version of MobiControl agent are you using on these devices?
Are you using the same agent version on your production and test environments?

Yes, we use the same agent.
its 13.5.0 Build 1677.
Does the AntiVirus needs some access to the internet?
I saw that the Client want to connect to http://mobicontrolservices.soti.net/
Has that something to do with the av?
