What do you expect to be reported if an end-user add more than one Google user accounts to his/her device?

We can see the google play account managed by SOTI and it would be a shame not to see the user account as information.

You haven't answered my question yet.  A user can add more than one Google accounts to his/her device.  In such case, do you need all of them to be shown on the DEVICE DETAILS view?

As far as I know, Soti MobiControl currently do not have this feature.  One way to partially solve this problem is to have a custom app that can read the Google account on the device and output such information to a properly formatted .xml/.ini file to be read as custom-data using MobiControl data-collection rule.  Custom data collected can be added in the  DEVICE DETAILS or column view for list of (filtered/unfiltered) devices in MobiControl web-console.  Does this kind of app already exist?  I'm not sure. Have to do some search on the web.   Frankly, if there is standard Android API's for an app to read out the added Google account(s), building such app should not be difficult.

It's exactly that. Maybe should open a case at SOTI to have more information, I would share it here if so.

Ideally, you could set up AD within your Add Device Rule for authentication, and then you should see the UPN field reflecting their email address. This can be reflected within the Column View or within the device itself under User Details.

Remi was talking about Google Account(s) added by device end-user on the device after device enrollment, and not AD/LDAP user account configured by MobiControl during device enrollment.  What you said seems totally irrelevant.

In that specific scenario, then it's not possible through MobiControl. Remi I suggest you raise a Feature Request through support.eu@soti.net.

We have a international account of SOTI in our portfolio of customer and I have a feature request opened with this issue!

Let me share the number of this JIRA ticket with you.

In Brazil we have a unique model of acting in selling and operations of MDM and services arround it, the turnover of employee is high in all operations and the proccess to track move on CMDB of the customer don't happen and in the field the real scneario a supervisor got the device of the fired employee and give to new one without the correct appointment in the change of person in the CMDB.

So if i can collect all accounts as custom data or a string in the log or any other out will work for me and the post authors I think.With this information I can integrate MC API with any CMDB and suggest or made some RPA to automatic update information of allocation of the employee and CI(Configuration Item) inside the CMDB software.

This ticket has a another functionally as principal feature, it is from a customer with global operations. Because of global rules in IT the customer can't bind Google Domain and SOTI MobiControl(This company has G-Suite), in Brazil this customer use the same domain of the worldwide company and this binding of MDM and G-SUITE is made with Google because the customer operation in headquarter use it binded with google "mdm".

So i need to release mobicontrol to accept google accounts but the profile only release all account or block "all" google accounts, this ticket has a principal need to create a new option at MC Profile to accept G-Suite Accounts and Block "Free Gmail" accounts we have another customers with this same need.
