Honeywell EDA70 enrolled in SOTI - Softbuttons not working

Hi,
we have a customer where on several EDA70 devices the soft buttons are not working from time to time. The solution so far is factory reset, afterwards it's working again. They are enrolled in SOTI. The solution: factory reset is not the preferred solution for the customer so far. Do you have any idea why this is happening with the devices?

I don't have any idea so far, this doesn't happen on a "regular" basis, it just happens.
