Can't install from App Catalogue

Hi all,

I'm getting a meesage that says 'No apps can perform this action' when I try to install apps from the catalogue in MobiControl.

Honeywell CT-60

Agent 15.4.4 Build 1063

Active MDM API - AAP 1.18, 1.19 

It's strange as it worked fine whilst on a call, then it worked one one device afterwards but now nothing.

Extra info:

On one device I managed to get the Google Play app to be accessable again, afterwards I was able to install the apps from within the App Catalogue.

Since your description of the active MDM API seems to be incomplete,  may I first ask if your device is using Honeywell OEM specific Android-Classics device agent or the generic Android-Enterprise device agent?

Could please provide more information about the device that worked ? Was it a Honeywell CT-60 as well?
