Zebra ET45 profile not getting installed

I have a Zebra ET45. I'm using SOTI Version: 15.2.3.1033. 


I've enrolled it with enterprise profile. For other devices it is working. But for ET45, profiles are not getting installed. 

Enrolled device I can see but I'm not able to figure out why Mangement Type is Unknown.


What could be wrong? Any idea?

It doesn't even say that profile installation failed etc.

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse!

I saw that you had a support case and you were recommended to upgrade to the later versions of Mobicontrol to get this issue resolved. Is there anything else that need help with regarding this issue?

I am currently looking at ET45s in a 15.5.0.1021 environment with Agent version 15.3.4.1113 and the Management Type shows "Work Managed Device". It appears like something maybe failed to complete during your enrollment so they aren't registered fully as Work Managed to be able to receive the assigned Profiles. What agent version are you using?

How many devices are affected? How did you enroll these devices(afw method or Stagenow)? Could you try un-enrolling one of the devices (Test device) and then deleting it from the web console, factory resetting it and then re-enrolling it?

I'm seeing this issue with Zebra ET45 device only. Currently we are in testing phase of this particular device.
We are enrolling device using afw method. 
We tried un-enrolling & enrolling it again but issue is still there.
