Thank you for your post, you can verify if the device is enrolled as Android Enterprise section (please refer to the screenshot below)

In Management Type, if it says Work Managed Device then you have to create profile as Android Enterprise type.

I think you are using Android+ devices. Profiles are created for Android Enterprise on default when using SOTI MC 14.x.
Check this, when creating a new profile!

But all profiles are Android Plus already :(

With Generic Android agent being obsolete for over 2 years already, the Android device family/platform is always called "Android Plus" now.  But do NOT confuse device family/platform with device mode/agent used.

If you use OEM specific Android+ device agent, you need to use Android+ profiles, while Android-Enterprise profiles are needed if generic (i.e. non OEM specific) Android-Enterprise device agent is used.
