Hi, For some reason, I can't update the profile to Zebra TC56, when I make changes to the profile and click save or save and assign, an error appears "ERROR Could not update 'Name_profile' profile", there are problems only with this one profile, I can edit and save the others without any issues
I don't really understand why I keep receiving this error message. Please help)
Hi Oleg,
we experience this issue when we had a date / time in the options for assignment which was in the past.
When you assign a new profile version you can choose options for scheduled actions (assign date, disable date, etc.). Make sure there is a date / time which is in the future or deactivate this option.

Hi! Thank you for the response, but this is when assigning a profile, and I simply cannot change anything or add to the profile settings and save, while the assignment process works fine.

The error potentially points to an issue with the configuration of the profile, however in order to troubleshoot it correctly we would require further investigation of the same.
I would recommend you to raise a case with us so that we can review the logs to narrow down the issue and help in resolving the same.
