My Zebra TC75 device "Agent Status" still waiting "Connected, waiting for server response" and the device seems to be Offline on the console.
Other Samsung Android devices "Agent Status" section just writes "connected" (green color) and devices online.
This may happen for devices in poor networking condition(s), or when devices have very aggressive power-saving algorithm that frequently switch Wifi on and off. It doesn't matter as long as you can assign/revoke profiles or perform actions such as lock/reset passcode/reset with reasonably short delay.
