New MGPA error when attempting to force update managed apps

Over the past week or so we've been running into new MGPA error occasionally when attempting to force update managed apps remotely. The error says 'Please open my apps to establish a connection with the server.'. The MGPA binding appears to be fine and we've even force reinstalled the Managed Google Play Configuration profile, but continue to get the error.

Has anyone else been seeing this error?

Is this a bug? Do we need to have SOTI do something on the backend of our cloud instance to re-establish the MGPA account binding? Or is there some other way to get past this error to force the update on devices that are having this issue?

Looking forward to hearing back from the group.

As you are using a MobiControl cloud instance,  I suggest you to send email directly to support@soti.net to open an official support case to deal with your problem.   You are, of course, welcomed to share with this community later  how the problem is solved in your cloud instance, as the information may be useful to others using on-premises server.
