Which Mobicontrol Agent do I have to install on this device?

ZEBRA VC8300

Those that I have installed have given me various errors, indicating that they were not compatible. (Zebra, Zebra Concierge, Zebra ET1 GB, Zebra MC36)

Any suggestion ?.

The VC8300 is part of the Helios (SD660) Zebra family which means that it is running a minimum of Android 8.1. Zebra devices running Oreo and higher can only enroll using Android Enterprise and therefore you should use the generic Android Enterprise agent for enrollment, not anything that has the Zebra name next to it. I would recommend that you use StageNow for DO enrollment, otherwise you can utilize afw#mobicontrol. I don't believe NFC or QR will be an option as that device does not have the hardware to support it.

Thanks, I will try it. I will surely use the Mobicontrol Enterprise option (AFW#MOBICONTROL).
