Both on location settings for soti and google maps the device fails to find a location.
Permissions appear to be set for both but unable to find location
Running android V 9, Device agent 13.7.4.1015 Soti mobicontrol V14.4
Any help appreciated
Have you installed any other apps on the device to confirm that longitude/ latitude location data is correctly reported on the device?
If the app can report such location data but you cannot get such data from MobiControl web-console, then you have to check if your device agent have the required location permission enabled.

This started working after a few days so unsure what the issue was but its gone now.
