In Soti Snap you can set a visibility rule for the widgets, but I have not been able to delete these rules. Once they are configured, it is not possible to delete them. You have to delete the widget and start again.

I understand that you want to delete the visibility rule. To do so, roll over your cursor over the Visibility Rule count (highlighted below) in the property tab of the widget, to get the delete icon depicted in the second screen shot.
Click the highlighted delete icon. This will prompt you to confirm the rule deletion. After your confirmation, the rule will be permanently deleted.
