Hello Community,
we want to manage an Android TV via SOTI Mobicontrol, but have the issue that we can't add the device via enrollment URL. The device also does not show us the APP for download in the Google Playstore. We suspect an incompatibility. Is there any workaround here?
The device is a Grundig 50 VOE 75 (UNSPSC code: 52161505).

Thank you for your post.
We already had a few cases regarding similar topic, but as of now, we do not currently support Android TV.
This may changed in the future, but we do not have a specific date.
Some TVs may be enrolled, but you may not get all the Android Enterprise features, therefore, your device may not work as expected.
As per SOTI MobiControl Help page version 15.6: 
You may try to enroll your device as Android Enterprise (if possible). Upon enrollment, in the same way as brand new devices or factory reset devices and, you may enroll it using afw#mobicontrol method.
From SOTI Technical Documentation - MobiControl Device Agent Downloads, even within plugin, you cannot find anything related to Android TV or Grundig.
