What if you create a StageNow Wi-Fi profile and fill in dummy info into the SSID & certificate settings and then the real info into the Proxy settings. Then when you generate the XML file for distribution through SOTI you should be able to manually delete the sections of the XML file that you do not want applied. StageNow is a primarily wizard driven tool that attempts to simplify the configuration process but sometimes it can include things in a configuration profile that you don't actually want applied. The simple fix can be to manually delete those lines and sections from the XML that it generates. The tricky part is then it becomes difficult to test that as a StageNow barcode (unless you modify the XML inside of an exported profile and then re-import), so you would have to test with a SOTI package and a mxconfig post install script.

Are you sure about not having Proxy config in StageNow?

thank you, but I can't change the Wifi with StageNow... The Wifi is pushed within a Soti-Profile. The Profile contains the Wifi-Config and the Certificate wich is needed to authenticate the device to the radius server. The certificate has an unique number so I can't set the Wifi-Profile with StageNow. Also there is no option in StageNow to modify an existing Wifi. Only a new one could be set, but I don't know the Certificate-Number at this Point

I got it. Works now as you told me. I edited the XML a bit too much :-D Ist absolutely neccessary to configure the same Security-Type in the xml as the SOTI Wifi Profile.
