We are trying to build Web Apps that we can deploy through MobiControl but setup in Managed Google Play but the section that is used for the Web Apps is missing. On the support article provided by Google, they mention getting in contact with your EMM provider but word is one of our guys just setup the account so I am not sure where to go from here to get this enabled.
You should just go through the console from Mobicontrol:
App Policies -> Edit an existing or add a new one -> click on "+" -> click on "Managed Google Play" -> click on the world icon on the left
There you can add/remove and edit those.
Using MobiControl App policy to configure web-app (as shown in the following web-console screenshot), your web app is restricted to using Google Chrome browser.
However, I have customer that can successfully use Soti Surf secure browser to run their web apps, and do not need to configure anything in app-policy or Managed Google Play store.
Another approach that needs some programming skill is to create an extremely simple custom app that adds homescreen short-cut that initiates the right web browser, URL and argument(s) for opening the web app of interest.
