I have a few devices where remote controle flag is not visible, so i can't take the devices remotely over. when i send a script to those PDAs to activate the RC flag i get an error. So scripts are not accepted. Can you help me with this issue.

I've had sometimes this issue , i don't know why but I send this command and everytime the problem is solve:
_resetfailedrcdetetionflag
restartagent
What agent version do you have installed on the TC75? Make sure the you have used the Zebra specific Android+ Agent and not one from the Play Store or one designed for another manufacturer.

The device should have the Zebra RC plugin to remote view the device from MobiControl web-console. Still, if you are facing this issue then try sending the below scripts:
_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
restartagent
retryrcdetection
