Certificate is invalid

Hi,

we have an on prem installation of mobicontrol in the newest version.

I have to get rid of the "Certificate for this server is invalid" on our devices when opening the mobicontrol agent Application Catalog.
As long as this connection between agent and server is not trusted, my apps published via policy won't install automatically.

I've put a root certificate on the device and the server, but still getting this message.

Can anyone give me an advice how to fix this?

I don't think you will feel comfortable giving sufficient details about certificates and server configurations of your implementation in an open forum due to security reasons.   However, without such details, it is hard for anyone to comment responsibly.  Thus, I recommend you to open an official support case with Soti directly.

I guess your right. I think I'll give it another try today and than will open a case.

Thanks for your help.
