It was brought to our attention that certain versions of MC have already started alerting on the MC web console that the DSE cert is expiring in 90 days.
We are aware of the certificate expiry notification and like every year, SOTI will renew the certs and roll it out on all servers before the expiry.
There is NO immediate action required from customers or our support/PS at the moment. As we are currently managing the cloud instances, SOTI will be renewing the certificates.

One of my corporate customers also experience the same issue on their MobiControl cloud instance. They have not use their own FQDN and SSL certificate for this instance, and so are actually using certificate owned by Soti.
Soti support team replied to us that they will renew their certificates in MobiControl cloud instances globally 30 days prior to expiration. Our customers were advised to ignore the warnings, which are automatically activated 90 days before certificate expiration.
If your cloud instance has been configured to use your company domain and a third-party paid SSL certificate purchased by your company, then you need to renew your SSL certificate with the SSL certificate vendor, and send the update version to Soti support for integration. Otherwise, you can just send an email to Soti support team to ask them to fix the default certificate associated with your cloud instance.
