Hi @All,
when you enable the following option on a tc8300 (Zebra) on Version Mobicontrol 14.43 and Agent 14.0.0.1579 with newest RC-Plugin.
The remotecontrol screen gets blacked out.
I dont know if thats android related or how the pluging from zebra exactly works, but when disabled the screen isnt blacked out anymore.
Just to inform you since there were other Posts where this was occuring.

As far as I know, this is not a bug. Screen capture function is needed to support remote control functionalities in some recent MobiControl device agents.

but then the tooltip is wrong.
The Feature should disable the screencapture functionality for the user etc. but not for when support staff is remotecontroling in to the device :S .
But i thought so too that its maybe the implementation and or limitation of android at this point.
