I've browsed and searched the community forum all day and still seem to be stuck. 

What was the recommended configuration for cloud SOTI MobiControl to allow SMTP to work with Office 365? 

I too am using smtp.office365.com port: 587

In SOTI Mobicontrol my options are: 

* Use SSL; (Yes or No)

* Authentication Type: 

Anonymous 

Basic 

NTLM

Digest

Kerberos

negotiate

It seems like the best practice with Microsoft is using Authentication type STARTTLS, which isn't an option. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
