HI. We have a inhouse app on 3-400 Android devices that requires a certificate to be installed on each of them. I have managed to install it manually, but not sure if its possible to deploy it to all devices. When manually installing it, I needed to set a passcode on the device when installing, and disabling that passcode again after installation. All devices are not connected to internet, only local network, so they dont have a passcode configuered, and we dont want that either. if possible to install cert remotly on all devices, is it required to set a passcode in the same operation to have the certificate installed on the device? Anyone who can assist here please?
We want to disable logging into Apple ID on our devices to prevent them being bricked to an Apple ID when a user leaves. We install all of our apps using Mobi Control so it is not needed. Is this possible? Sue

I used to use the Alerts to alert me when a device that has been offline for a longer period comes back online, or when a device comes online that is in need of my immidiate attention. Now SOTI has shifted the alerts to Signal Policies, but that doesn't meet my needs since you can only apply this to groups. There surely is a way around that by making a separate group with all the same Profiles and Policies, and move the device there. But it would be more suitable for me when you can simply apply the Signal Policy to single devices too instead of just whole groups.

Spent some time with our vendor on getting the scanner settings built using Velocity Console and it seems straight forward enough. However, when trying to test on a scanner I have mixed results in some times it appears to work, and others it fails completely. I've reached out to Velocity - but they are being resistive as I am unable to find / provide some account information. Best I've found - is we don't have a Wavelink / Velocity account manager. Is there a guide or other resource I can download to work with that will step me through building or updating the Velocity Project / Profile so that I can build the needed package(s) with MC Studio and then get deployed in SOTI?

Hello all, Somehow we managed to get a certificate that we wanted to have installed only for WiFi authentication to also be used for VPN and other applications. Of course, this creates problems, and we don't want that. If anyone has experience on this topic, any feedback would be appreciated. The certificate is installed through a WiFi profile and created in a template.

Enabling this setting allows for my users to keep their productivity app opened when they answer the phone, so it will be easier to push the button to end the call while they are driving and their device is sitting in the cradle. They currently have to swipe down from the top to get to the phone activity and then end the call. I have tried this myself and the phone blacks in and out while i am trying to swipe down to get to the call. It is rather inconvenient for our drivers and having the in call session on the phone alleviates this issue. After scanning the enrollment QR code I get a message (User action pending) after clicking on the notyification I see Google Play account/account creation failed - trying again. It continues to fail. FYI, this is a QR code that I have used successfully on several of the same type of devices. I have not made any changes.

Hey guys, we have a problem an no idea what's the reason... I cofigured an enrollment policy for android devices. This policy is made for Legamaster android TVs. With our first order of this TVs (android 11) everything works fine. The devices were enrolled with type "work managed". With our second order (newer Type of TVs with android 13), every device I try to enroll with the same policy, will be enrolled as "work profile". We can't use the TVs with a work profile because we need a lockdown there. Have anyone any idea how I can solve that issue? Tank you and best regards!
