Currently we use devices panasonic fz-n1, but have a "false positives" in alerts, the device have SIM installed
Is there any way through StageNow, mxconfig commands, etc to remove SOTI have device admin access and thus locking down system apps? I've not been successful in removing it's admin control or uninstalling it.

Hello All, I was wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot this issue I am having. I have two different profiles with I use for our fleet services that has a lockdown screen. Where it keeps the notification bar and sometimes it takes it away. It's not consistent. We usually have different templates for different devices but the code is the same and we never have issues with it.
Hi, as we all know we do have a notification bubble on the top right corner of an app when there is a notification like a message or a missed call. Is there a way to enable that in a lockdown? I already tried Displaying Notifications for Lockdown Menu Items from the manual but that's not exactly what i was looking for because i'm using 10 apps on lockdown and i would like to see which app dows have a notification for me. Thank you!
Hi, I'm having some issues with Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 running Android 11 and MobiControl. I installed the MobiControl app and enrolled the device. Then the app ask me to enable work profile and uninstall MobiControl app. I would rather use the MobiControl app and avoid work profiles. What am I doing wrong here? Are there any up to date documentation on setting up MobiControl on Samsung tablets? If I ignore MobiControl when it ask to enable work profile, I can see the device as online in the MobiControl web console, and I can remote view, but not control. I can not deploy any packages or profiles.
I am using the cloud version of MobiControl version 15.3.3.1065. From what I understand, the cloud version is already integrated with SOTI Identity. All of my managed devices are Zebra TC21 running Android 10. I am trying to set up Shared Device. I created my device groups in MobiControl, right-click the group I want to make shared, and open Advanced Configurations. From there I select the Shared Device config. However, when I try to add a group to the config, it does not recognize any of the groups I created in SOTI Identity. Has anyone successfully configured Shared Device using the cloud version of MobiControl and SOTI Identity?
Hi All, we have a large number and variety of samsung devices with both Android Plus and Android enterprise agents. The majority have SOTI kiosks on them but we see that many are not ever receiving firmware updates. On my personal phone i get a prompt to download and install firmware updates. Would the SOTI kiosk block this behaviour ? we do not use EFOTA services Thanks in advance!

I want to display link on lockdown page to open a .htm file on a windows share we do this on our older windows mobile devices such as: \\networkshare\test.htm the first time accessing the link a login to the share is requested where the user will put in their username\password and have that saved so the next time they want to .htm page viewed it will not ask for anything. when I put in this same link on my lockdown page, android OS I get a: webpage not available could not be loaded because: net:ERR_INVALID_URL what do I need for this to work like it did on the windows devices thanks

We are investigating upgrading our fleet of devices. Previously we have used a third party app to automatically answer phone calls from contacts and turn speaker phone on. In Android 11 all the apps I have investigated so far are unable to turn the speaker phone on automatically. Does anyone have any tips to help achieve this? The units are connected to a bluetooth peripheral that is not a headset so I cannot set auto answer via tablet settings. Unfortunately it is not feasible for the operators to take their eyes off the road to turn speaker phone on. We are using Galaxy Tab Active Tab 3 with Android 11.
In after AE enrollment some times the android identity is not assigned and we are getting an error Error message received from device (Managed Google Play Account Status:'PLAY_STORE_NOT_FOUND') I have given a command for reset command and checkin also but same issue.
I am looking for a good method to enroll my ZEBRA VC8300 terminal to a SOTI Mobicontrol console. Currently my method does not seem optimized, after a FactoryReset, I pass all the first steps manually (human action) Once started under the "Home" Android menu, I have to activate the serial port of the machine from the APP "VC Setting" in order to use a scanner and thus the StageNow application to finish my enrollment. The two problems that block the usual method, from the first menu after a FactoryReset : The Google enrollment menu (7 taps from the start menu) does not seem to work, due to the fact that the machine does not have a camera. If I connect a scanner in USB, the reading of the QrCode "ByPass GMS Setup Wizard" which allows me to pass the first steps and launch StageNow does not work. an idea?
