I have upgraded the agent on a test device to v15.0.1.1051 (Samsung ELM). I have a lockdown on it that was working fine before the upgrade. By working fine I mean it worked as expected, I can also press and hold on "back" and I would be prompted for a code and I could disable the lockdown. Since upgrading to v15.0.1.1051 when I long press on back I get a pop-up "Actions" with "Administrator" and "Refresh". I would expect pressing "Administrator" would prompt for the passcode and would allow me admin access to the devic. However when I press "Administrator" I get a pop-up at the bottom with the heading "Complete action using" and in a white block below that it says "No apps can perform this action". I am then unable to disable the lockdown while on the device. What is going on and how do I fix it. I'm guessing I need to assign an app that will work when I try to disable user mode but I can't see where or how to do it.
Hello, I am looking for a volume control on a zebra MC33 device. I already installed the soti settings manager, but i cannot change the volume with it. It only mutes the device when the slider is all the way to the left. Also the writesecuresetting script is not working. Any ideas ? Thanks
Hello, by using one web app in Surf We'd like to optimize it for a touch display. Can be in Surf used some user custom css / "css inject" feature to set the default style? unfortunately we are not allowed to modify the application at all.. thanks Tomas
One of our new guys has deleted one of our device groups and with it all the devices allocated to that group. Is there a way to recover the devices or group from the console?
We have a number of Samsung Phones (A20e) that we are running in KIOSK mode, I am wanting to let the device use the phone app and have added an entry in the policy that I believe should allow the phone app to run: launch://com.samsung.android.dialer The phone app is there and you can enter a phone numbewr, but it will not allow it to dial and connect, this works on our other devices running as AndroidPlus devices Is there another setting that needs entering somewhere?

Hello, i'm creating my own tile, the issue i'm facing is that actually i cannot make it to be displayed because i used the following script: writesecuresetting -sec sysui_qs_tiles wifi,bt,rotation,flashlight,location,nfc that script allowed me to block some tiles for the user not to make mistakes How can i get rid of that former setup? Hello, Currently we couldn't find a way to set a passcode for managed iPadOS devices... After joining the remote management profile, user have to input the password manually. As we want to setup a standard password across all iPads, we need to enforce the password to be a certain value. Please advise how it can be done for iPadOS, thank you. Thanks and Regards, Lok

Dear SOTI support, I have done enterprise bindings my email address (samran.phumkhokrak@honeywell.com) by the SOTI Mobicontrol previous version around year 2018 and I never delete it. Now we have a new demo portal which is https://honeywelldemov14.mobicontrolcloud.com/MobiControl/WebConsole/home/global-settings/EnterpriseBindings When i like to add my existing email to this new portal, it said "You have already signed up with this enterprise". But i can't see my email adress in the Managed Enterprise email list. Please advise how to move my email address to current portal. Good Morning, We are switching our users over to Outlook Mobile App. However I have noticed that when I remote into devices that the app will not appear on the screen.
