Hello, maybe someone can answer this question for me if the new bitdefender cloud will atleast use a aws fqdn like for the agent delivery system (agentdservice.s3.amazonaws.com): _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://discussions.soti.net/kb/antivirus-cloud-offering-bitdefender-faqs ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I dont really know if this needs to be handled like this , as for security reasons we wont whitelist the whole AWS APIs just to have bitdefender working.
I would like to take report from Device Information, but it seems the result is not up to date, for example there is one device that i already un-enroll from the system, but still come out in the report. How to make sure that i can create report from the actual enrolled device?

Hello, I have soma android Tablets I'd like to display the dive ID and a custom attribute. I have some devices I do this using the kiosk mode with a lockdown screen with the allowed apps on the lockdown screen. I do not want to lockdown these devices, I'd just like to have the Device id and one field displayed somehow on the home screen of the device. Any suggestion on how to do this would be appreciated!
We are looking at the feasibility to deploy a work profile and to utilise the dual SIM capability, initially on Samsung devices. Therefore to use SIM1 for personal and SIM2 for work profile. Does this sort of feature exist or in the pipeline for implementation into later versions of MobiControl, especially as more devices are being released into the marketplace with SIM card managers for dual sim's
We are using Android Enterprise lockdown. We are happy to allow users to expand the status bar to see push notifications, however we are getting reports that sounds are not playing. Is this just controlled by the volume setting on the device or will the lockdown block the sounds?
All of our devices seem to periodically give the above error, but it is not clear why?

We're looking at leveraging the new User Enrollment feature of iOS 13 and are having a tough time connecting our on-prem MobiControl instance to our Azure AD. We have followed the instructions here (https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v14.0/en/console/system/ldap/azure_authenticate_mc.html) but are confused about number 3 ("Configure permissions for the application"). In Azure, we have granted "Directory.Read.All" permissions for the app and we are fairly certain we have entered everything correctly but we cannot get it to work. When searching the directory (through the Security tab), we get "The server could not complete your request. An internal error occurred." In the ManagementService logs it looks like it is failing while trying to acquire a token. Has anyone had similar issues? We have already synced to AD using a traditional LDAP connection, but we would like to figure out how to connect to Azure as well.
Hi. I deleted a group with one device in it. I cannot find the device...I assumed it would show in View All Devices. Any idea how I can find that device that was in that group? I don't have physical access to the device. tia.
In MobiControl web console, Devices... When you click on a device name you can find Custom Data at bottom of Device Details tab How's that different from the Collected Data tab (way to the right) ?
We are using AE with lockdown - Activity Suppression mode. We need to be able to force close one of the apps if it stops working, but I can't seem to find a way of doing this. Please could someone point me in the right direction?
Hi, I want to upgrade our Galaxy Tab S4 devices from ELM version 13.7.5 to 14.0.0 the agent upgrade is enabled on the server (ver. 14.1.3.1587) however, when I click on "upgrade agent" the site says "The action cannot be executed because the agent is already compatible" Got any suggestions here? We have a lot of TC56 in the filed and all keep connection to MobiControl server if there is a Wifi or mobile connection.But on a view devices the agent gets disconnected even if there is an active network connection (other apps can work well over the internet). After a reset the MobiControl agent remains disconnected. You can only get the agent connected if you tap on the “Agent Status” in the Device configuration view of the MobiControl agent. But it gets disconnected after a few minutes again. The connection settings are Perisistent for these devices (like for all other devices) How can I get these devices pemanently online again? MobiControl version: 14.4.3 Android Enterprise Agent Versio: several 13.6.0 - 14.0.0
