TAB is showing as "Agent Status" is disconnected on the restricted WIFI network. Where as if i any connect any hotspot (Open internet) will get connect.... As per SOTI Suggest, Whitelist the below ports, IP Address & URL after that SOTI Console is opening fine but doing the new device enrollment says "Connected to server failed". Please suggest. I'm fairly certain I already know the answer (no) but is there any way to bind a Managed Enterprise and utilize AEDO management in an On Premise SOTI instance if the SOTI server has no external network access?
Hello, We have the TC51 HC with Android Nougat currently in use. The Agent (13.6) is running without any problems. Now, I tested Android Oreo on one device (after update and factory reset) and I got the error message "This device agent is incompatible with your device". I tried the latest OEM agent from the SOTI website, but I'm unable to start the agent. Does anyone happen to run the agent on Oreo? best regards Oliver
I'm having trouble trying to enroll Zebra MC33 devices. I tryed differents Android+ agents, but it fails to enroll. I only can enroll it with the Android Enterprise Agent, but i don't know how to enroll it in Device Administrator mode. When you do a factory reset, it doesn't show the Google account configuration or the Language selector screen, to access the QR provision mode.

Dear Specialist One of our customer is facing with the very slow page loading and sometimes it fails when loading the device list page. Because of that, the administrator is feeling hard to manage their devices. There are just 3000 of android devices connected to 1 SOTI server which its hw spec can endure to 10000 devices. 1. Why is the page loading time too long?(2~3mins) 2. Is there any known solutions for this matter? 3. How about deleting Transaction Log file of mobicontrol DB file? Thank you David Park
Hello, For devices with hardware keypads (MC33), how can I disable just the on-screen keypad? The disable keyboard setting for Kiosk mode disables both. The google keyboard does allow for this but the settings do not apply when in surf. The on screen keypad takes up more than half the screen on the MC33. Thanks for your time, Shawn
Hi Just wondering if anyone is running on-prem mobicontrol and have any recommendation on exclusion/setting for their antivirus software? The issue I'm having is that when uploading a new APK file to the app catalog in mobicontrol, depending on the APK as it doesn happen to all APKs, i get a timeout error were it says "Data is temporarily unavailable" and fails to upload. Further investigation with Soti Support we have found it to be the Antivirus on the server causing the issue. Unfortunately soti support has no recommendations on what can be changed or excluded in the antivirus to let the APKs go thru as this is a third-party app. And we cant turn off the antivirus completely either for obvious reasons. They have suggested work around like setting APKs as packages but again not ideal. Anyone got any ideas on were or how APK files are uploaded and what folders we could try excluding from antivirus scanning to get this working? Hello all, we have some device as zebra tc 75x. We have a mobicontrol on version 13.3.034.54 Mobicontrol client is on version : 13.5.1617 Well, we have the lock down but by selected text (select, press and share) on lock down some user can access to the device (lockdown off). Ok we have make a change by include some css on the lock down for to avoid this . It's seems to work. But, do you know in case of user can access to the device (lockdown off) if it possible to block any installation of application ? My goal will be to disable any installation of application made by a user... I've search a little and see nothing in feature control but on application run control i've seen it's possible to add white application list and black application list. But perhpas something exist and i haven't see it ? thanks for sharing your knowledge
