Hi everyone, i try to install some internal apk. on the SunMi V2s. (Android 11) Unfortunately the installations keeps failing. On the app catalog I can see that it keeps trying to install it but it keeps failing. I also use a Datalogic Memor 10, where it seems to be working just fine. (Android 10) Installing the same apps without SOTI binding works just fine. The setting with the Datalogic and SunMi are almost identical. thanks in advance Ümmet
I have mobile devices already having MobiControl installed and working just fine. We want to install a new app to our company devices. We have added this new app into our Policies / Apps. This is a mandatory app, App Store License, Accounts Is set to our applevl account and Device Based. Automatic updates is selected. I have added this new app to my Profile / Configurations / Application Run Control / Whitelist. Save and Assign. When I look at a device name, Configurations the status shows Installed partially. I guess this shows this way pending the new app install? The app does not install automatically. I do give this time to see if will auto install. If I revoke profile and then install profile, the new app will then download and install. I do not want to have to revoke / install on all my devices. Why does the app not download and install automatically? What would be a fix for this.
We use SOTI to deploy iOS devices and are interested in the version of one app that is installed. Is there any way to pull this onto the device list for easy viewing? Currently I have to run the app version report but this does not include the time when the device last connected so is not overly helpful for identifying app version issues. It's a lot of effort to pull 2 different reports and then join them (especially as the dates export as text and are not easily converted)
Hi,I'm using SOTI default Lockdown in a Samsung phone. First, I put into the menu the default telephone app that Samsung has, but it didn't work. Reading this forum I saw tha I need to use 2 more applications to make it work. So, I putted into de lockdown screen. How can I hide them? Thank you very much
Hello Team, We are looking for auto reinstall app options when device moving from folder A to B. Since we have relocation rules on ip based and when device moves it get automatically relocated to particular folder so previous user data on device and logged in app so wanted to just reinstall to erase\refresh the app while moving from one location to another location. So is there any rules, features or option that provide app auto reinstall while it moving.?? Thank you.
Where can I increase the number of allowed Apps, I don't seem to be able to add more than 255, if I remove one and take it down to 254 I can an another but I need more than 255?
Does anyone know the current procedure to push updates to VPP apps in MobiControl (v15+)? I found another forum post that covers the process for v13/14, but much of the console seems to have changed since then, so the instructions can't be applied to v15.
Hello Can you help me. My company has developed a delivery app deployed oncustomer sites with SOTI. Our application is not able to "dicuss" with Waze to send a delivery adress that WAZE must open to provide the best way to driver. Question : is there any sandbox feature implemented in SOTI MC ? Good afternoon, i have a few android + enrolled devices that are on a separate profile from the rest of our devices. These devices require an app from the google play store and i have created a rule and have targeted a test device. So far i have not seen anything appear on the tablet under App Catalog. Am i doing something wrong? i will include screen shot. i am testing so that is why it is called test. i have not seen the app under app catalog on my device JC DOT 370. these are Samsung tab A's. thank you for your time and i look forward to hearing from you. all our devices are android plus.
hey guys, when i enroll my samsung tablet with enterprise, alot of the apps get uninstalled. we need apps like camera, gallery, calendar and calculator on the kiosk. is there a way to correct this? i am sure i am missing a step.

How is possible run specifics windows 10 apps with soti?
