I am testing mobicontrol as a potential support tool for a clients roll out of M3 SM15X devices and I have an SM15N device for my testing.
I have manged to enrol my SM15N (Android V7.1.1) device and I can remote control it using the M3 SM10 profile and this works fine.
When trying to use the same solution for the SM15X (Android 8.1.0) devices there is no option for Remote Control, only remote view.
How can I get remote control working for the SM15X devices?

Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.
Have you tried installing the OEM-specific plugin? This can be found via https://soti.net/oem > Android Classic > Selecting "M3 Mobile" and then downloading the Plugin and deploying it as a package. Or alternatively going into Global Settings > Manage Android Agents & Plugins > Plugins > Update / Install the "M3 Mobile" Plugin > Navigating to device > "Install Plugin" device action.
Also if you proceed with the second option, on newer versions of MobiControl you can set it so your device auto installs the plugin on enrollment too via your Add Device Rule.

Hi Thank you for your response, as this was a while ago we have moved on from Soti and found an alternative support tool that worked on the SM15X.
