The SAP URL published through the SOTI Surf app works fine when connected to the company Wi-Fi. However, when accessing it outside the company network with Netskope connected, the page shows ‘Webpage not available.’ Interestingly, the same link opens successfully in Chrome under the same conditions.

The most likely reason is that Netskope isn’t routing or authenticating SOTI Surf traffic the same way it handles Chrome. That could be due to:
SOTI Surf not being an allowed app in Netskope
Certificate inspection issues
DNS differences
Surf profile restrictions
Corporate browsers often require proxy rules, SSL trust, and ZTNA routing - Chrome gets all that automatically, but Surf doesn’t unless manually configured.
