Running Samsung tablet with Android 12 and the kiosk lockdown is not getting installed from the Profile in the Configurations. All permissions for SOTI are set to Allow on the tablet. All other items in the Profile (wifi, wallpapers, authentication, etc) are installed and working correctly. What else needs to be set? Is this OS blocking the LockDown?
What are the versions and build numbers of your MobiControl device agent and server?
What about the active MDM APIS's report in the configuration tabs of the device agent or in the web-console?
I have had no problems deployed kiosk lockdown in tens of Samsung Android 12 device models. What is the deployment status reported in the web-console for the profile containing your lockdown down payload? Please check server or device log for more details of any warning/error messages if there is error for the profile.
