I have deployed company portal application on the scanner and when I open it in Admin mode, I can see the option to sign in. When click to sign in nothing appears all I get to see is a blank white screen. Attached a screenshot.
Kindly, suggest on this. Model of the scanner is MC9300
Blank white screens in web applications on Android are generally indicative of SSL failures. Check the website you're trying to access in Chrome on the device and see if you are presented with any SSL issues. The device date sync might be off, the SSL root CA or intermediate cert might not be trusted, or the cert may be expired or configured incorrectly.
