Hello,

I am attempting to access Admin Mode while configured with a Single App mode (Soti Surf) but the prompt is not appearing.  I have attempted to follow https://discussions.soti.net/articles/administrator-mode-gesture-on-single-app-mode-is-too-complex with no success.

The device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 running agent version 15.4.1.1003
