Lockdown issue on Samsung Android 10 device

Hi,

we have a problem with a lockdown at our Samsung Android 10 devices.

I want to open the phone app, so the employees are able to call numbers, which is working fine.

The only thing that doesn't work is dialing numbers. As soon I want to dial and press the "dial" button the number disappears and that's it.

I don't see any error in the configuration so far, see attached screenshots.

Does anyone have any idea about this issue?

Thanks in advance,

Hello.

By default, the lockdown is set to Type "Activity Suppression".
Change this setting to "Native".
I use it in order to make Android apps work properly.

Greetings.

I haven't noticed any similar problem for kiosk on Samsung Android 10 device.  Perhaps your problem is related to what and how you defined  your kiosk.

Your screenshots are of little help as they probably are in German rather than in English.

Hi,

thanks very much for the input.

In this case it was the other way around, but nevertheless this helped.

Thanks!
