We added an extra soti environment to our company with the latest soti version 2025.0.1.1.1164 on which we deploy our newest scanners to use within our stores.
Type Newland NTL-MT90, all seems fine except for the remote control !

We can remote view the devices, but the remote control option isn't there.
When trying to install the device agent plugin, the devices starts connecting-disconnecting and so on....

An idea how to solve this annoying issue ?


We have an existing soti environment which we upgraded also to version 2025.0.1.1.1164 with the same scanners on it and they still have remote control after upgrading soti !
