I have one datalogic memor 10 in production and few days ago we didn't saw remote control icon on this device, this device have latest agent installed with Android 9 we try to install RC plugin from dashboard and manually with package but nothing appears.
Its curious only 1 datalogic I have 38 working
when we try to find "remote control" says this:
anyone have the same issue?

Are you enrolling your Device to Soti with an QR Code or an other way ?

have you tried to Updated the Plugin in MobiControl.
What i see in my installation the Version 1.19.2.118 at the Device agent & Plugin.
Installed Update is Android 9 with install 2.10.16 on your Memor 10?
It is working on my side when i roll out a device.
I think you have the Same Problems as me, that sometimes on Android Devices the RDP is not Possible.
Then i have to Reestart the Soti Agent on the Device.

As you can see my latest version on global settings are 1.19.2.118 but when I download manually from the server, file downloaded is ....1.16.7.116.apk
my os version now is Android 10

with this reset works :)
now we are upgrading from Android 8.1 > Android 9 to > Android 10 and in some point RC plugin crash but only in few devices I don't understand

Hi Miquel,
to identyfy the Devices what are affected you can create a virtual Group with the filter : supportedAPIs=RC Error
That will show you all Affected Devices.
Then you can send to that Devices the Script
