Hello,
I've got a problem with the log-in on shared device. sometimes, I have to log in only with "username", sometimes it's nescessary to set the domain before the username, e.g "domain\username". The device is always connected to public internet, not to an internal wifi network.
I don't know how to affect the credentials, is there a solution for that?

Did you use/integrate AD/LDAP or IdP server with your Mobicontrol implementation?
Is there one or more of such server on your system?
Are there one or more domain groups on such server(s)?

This has been fixed with Version 15.1.1.
I would recommand to Upgrade your System to 15.4.2 or 15.3.3.
If you not like to made a big Step for the Upgrade to upgrade to 15.1.5
When i remind correct will be there Android 10 better Supported.
