Android Apps Not Installing Automatically From Managed GooglePlay with Mandatory Installation Rules in place

Hello all;

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. 

I've got a set of Samsung Android Tablets, running the latest Android version, that just won't automatically install the apps designated as Mandatory installs through the Application Catalogue rules. To add to the oddities, on Monday i had another batch of the exact same model and version, but those applications did install without a problem. When i take a look through the logs on the MobiControl console, it reads "Device is missing mandatory application", but that's all the information given by the log. 

What am i missing? What could have changed from Monday to today that is causing these tablets to not automatically install the mandatory applications?

When a mandatory app from Managed Google Play store gets pushed depends heavily on server managed by Google.   ISuch app deployments are usually almost instanteous, but may occasionally be delayed for hours or even a couple of days.  Possible reasons include, but not limited to, the following:

1. Maintenance or upgrade of Google's server(s) in your region

2. Mismatch of new Google server with existing Google-Play service module installed on the device (need to wait for the updated software downloaded and installed on the device before managed app deployment can proceed normal)

3. Network connection issue(s) due to your corporate firewall reconfiguration, Wifi/Cellular network configuration, network traffic quota from Telco operator

Hi Jorge,

Based on my experience, pushed Play Store apps sometimes require time.

1 day the app installed in no time, 1 day the apps take hours to installed.

Like Raymond explain, in this scenario we depend heavily on Google.
