App Catalog - Soti Surf not installing

Good day,

I have picked up an issue where we have around 15 apps being installed from the Managed Google Play store. All apps are set to mandatory and the devices are Enterprise.

All the apps install apart from Soti Surf.  So far it has only occurred on 2 devices out of over 100.

This brings me to ask, if a app is mandatory and does not install, is there a script to install it, or is the only way to go out of kiosk mode and manually install it from the app catalog?

Regards,

If the probllematic devices are of the same model and firmware/agent version as those that works fine,  then wait a few hours and/or reboot the problematic devices to see if the missing mandatory Soti Sirf app gets silently pushed.

Hi Raymond.  Thanks for the reply.  We had manually installed Soti Surf from the Application Catalog.  If we experience it again, I will try your solutions.

Please advise if there is a way to access the Application catalog within kiosk mode.  We have a private app that loses its cache when being updated.  Therefore we need a way to allow the user to select when to perform an update of the application without leaving kiosk mode.  Is this possible?
