Hello Chris,

Thank you for your question. There is a way to get developer options unlocked if the device is a Work Managed Device enrolled via the Android Enterprise Agent.

To do so, you may create a feature control profile and enable “Disable USB Debugging” and apply it to the device.

After which, attempt to access developer options as normal on the device by tapping the build number and see if developer options menu appears in settings.

Please see image below for reference.

Hopefully this helps.

Kind Regards,

We set up as an AFW Device.  When I go to settings and try to tap on the build number, I get an action not allowed dialog.  This action is disabled by Soti

Hello Chris,

Thank you for your response. Sorry to hear that the method suggested did not work for your situation. I would recommend you to create a case with SOTI Support so that one of our representatives can discuss the issue with you and offer further assistance.

Please feel free to message me the case number so that we can track the progress of your case.

Kind Regards,

There may be a way to accomplish what you're looking for via OemConfig once that finally releases for the next generation SD660 Zebra devices like TC57. Those devices launching on O today are in somewhat of a limbo period as traditional MX management with the EMM Tool kit migrates to ZMC and OemConfig.
