Hi,

We have Zebra TC77 devices with our customers and the users have been able to activate the "Talk back" functionality.
I believe they have been able to do this as the accessibility shortcuts are turned on. To activate this, I believe you press and hold both the volume up and down.

Is there a way to switch the ability to be able to do this across the whole estate as we have many of these devices out in the field and some in different countries.

Thanks
Josh.

Hi Josh,

Thanks for confirming. Please follow the below steps to disable the 'TalkBack' functionality

1. Create a blacklist profile(Application Run Control) using the below link:

 com.google.android.marvin.talkback/com.google.android.marvin.talkback.TalkBackService
2. Assign it to the devices

Let me know if this solution works for you.

Regards,

Hi Josh,

Thanks for the post!

Are those devices on the Lockdown mode?

Also did you try pushing any Feature Control profile to the device?

Please share the version of the MobiControl you are in.

Hi,

The devices are locked down and have a kiosk applied.
We are using console version 14.2.3.1069.
The devices are in enterprise mode running agent 13.7.6.1004 or 14.1.5.1059.
