Shared device on iOS - error during login

I have configured shared device for Android and iOS. On Android it works. On iOS I login and after MFA, this message appears on both the device screen and in the logs:

Failed to authorize user because the user is not permitted in the Shared Device configuration.

I'm using the exact same user on both Android and iOS. The configuration for shared device in Advanced configuration is exactly the same on both.

Anyone got any ideas why it is working in Android, but not iOS?

What is the iOS/iPADOS firmware version of your devices?

What about the version & build number of your MobiControl server?  Is it a cloud or on-premises instance?

Are your devices supervised ADE (DEP) already configured with Apple Business Manager portal?

Have you added and applied any managed Apple ID?

iOS: 15.7

Cloud 15.5.2.1003

Devices are supervised ADE configured with Apple Business Manager. Apps are also added in ABM and applied to department and linked to MDM.
 
Yes, we have added and applied a managed Apple ID.

Have you test with device of earlier firmware version?

If the problem is consistent, you probably need to open an official support case at support@soti.net.  Set your server log level to verbose, redo the problematic log-in process, and then send to Soti support team the detailed server log files for checking if there is any additional information related to your current problem.  

If possible, please share in this forum any new clue found, test procedure done and eventual fix found.

I found the issue. According to a contact in SOTI, SOTI Identity was updated the other day. I had to remove and add the user groups again. After this everything works.
