Hi!
Tried to use Remote Control for a TC56 device enrolled to a server running 14.1 and as Android Enterprise Manged Device. I know that we need a MDM plugin for Remote Control to work on Android Enterprise but none of the two versions did work for the TC56. Neither Legacy or Hawkeye. (not compatible)
I have recently got this to work OK with the TC20 device. Is there some update planned?
I encountered this problem too.
I noticed in logcat that if you installed hawkeye first, the MX framework will discard the zebra_legacy when you install it (without saying anything to anyone).
What you need to do is factory reset the device, and install zebra_legacy, then it will work.

What behavior did you experience when using either of the remote options Legacy or Hawkeye?
Feel free to put up screenshots if you took any. Does your device have a screen like this after initiating a remote session?
