Multiple notifications after enrolling with AFW (DO)

Hello everyone.

I just enrolled a Moto E4 Plus smartphone using Android for Work (Device Owner).

There are two persistent notifications that I want to hide (image attached):

- An application has special access to your device.

No idea how to hide this, without hidding all Android System notifications.

- Account action required.

Should I delete the Android Enterprise account after I enroll it? (We do not use a managed account, we let the user configure their own).

Thanks in advance, Max.

Hi Max,

Are you enrolling these devices via Managed Enterprise or Managed Domain in MobiControl? For the notification regarding account action, it is supposed to be addressed as soon as the device is enrolled in MobiConrol and it gets a token/account details from the Google play services.

Thanks

MP

Thanks for your response.

I guess i am enrolling them via Managed Enterprise (I facroty reset the device and use the afw#mobicontrol).

I don't think you can and should remove the Android Enterprise Google account after device enrollment with the afw#mobicontrol hash code.

If your company allows device end-user to add their personal Google account, there is such a feature-control option added in the latest MobiControl v13.x and v14.x implementations.  If you have the "Account action required" notification stuck on your device,  it is likely that your  Android Enterprise Google account has not be fully configured yet.   Have you get your device on-line for all the required Android Enterprise related patches to be downloaded from Google's AE server onto your device?
