Cannot Moved Device from from folder to folder

I have issue

I want to move device from existed folder to another but it cannot device still in existed folder

Not error show

First i use SOTI 15.3

example device is samsung Xcover6 pro

soti agent version 2026.x.x

and i restart soti system but not work

So i guess, you get the icon on the cursor when trying to drag and drop the device. Means the general operation works.

Do you have any relocation rules active which may also target the target folder you try to move the device to and moves it back?
Do you see anything in the device logs when doing?
You don't try to move devices into a filter group (which is not possible)?
