When Device is enrolled and moved to another group

Hi all, 

i have a strange problem. We have Honeywell CN80 Scanners in our warehouse. When i enrolled a device, it get a application run controll to disabel some Apps. The scanners have Android 11 on it and my Soti is on Version 14.6.1. 

Now when the device is enrolled and i want to move it to another group and i need to restart it. The device will be in a boot loop. Have anyone a idee how i can fix it? Move device

Hello Kevin,

Could it be the case that you blacklisted com.android.settings? If so, please see this thread https://discussions.soti.net/thread/application-run-control-device-settings

Personally, I could only "fix" the affected devices by a factory reset and re-enrol!

I did open a support ticket with SOTI but we were unable to resolve the issue. There were some diagnostic steps I was not prepared to experiment with as I could not afford to have to re-enrol devices!

Yes, i forgot that this happend when i put the Settings in it. Do you have a solution to not display the settings App?

You could try to use the OEM config app:

Take a look into it if this provides this functionality. Otherwise kiosk mode could be an option.
