Exclusions are specified with App Bundle-ID's and not with files/foldes.

As exclusions required are likely to be device model and firmware image specific,  I don't think there can be any so-called "OFFICIAL" list that is applicable for all customers or server implementations.

Did not encounter a single problem with AV on a onpremise solution to this day.
